Each event features a live host who guides up to twenty groups of children and parents through a unique story full of animation, games and educational content. The host interacts with cartoon characters and addresses all participants by name throughout the event. It is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

Q. What age group are FraboomLIVE Online Events intended for?

A. Currently, we offer FraboomLIVE Online Events for children between the ages of three and ten. The individual events are intended for more specific age ranges, and are clearly marked with the ages they are intended for.

Q. Are FraboomLIVE Online Events educational?

A. Absolutely! We design our events to teach children and parents a variety of fun and exciting lessons. Depending on the FraboomLIVE Online Event you choose, you may learn anything from how to draw cartoons to how to identify different letters in the alphabet. All Online Live Events have the common goal of fostering literacy, learning, curiousness and creativity.

Q. Can I participate in a FraboomLIVE Online Event with my child?

A. YES! We design FraboomLIVE Online Events to be enjoyed by parents and children alike, and we encourage as much parental participation as possible. Part of the goal of FraboomLIVE Online Events is to forge stronger bonds between kids and parents.

Q. Do FraboomLIVE Online Events work on Macintosh computers?

A. Unfortunately, FraboomLIVE Online Events are not compatible with Macs at this time.

Q. Do I need a web cam to participate in a FraboomLIVE Online Event?

A. No, individual web cams are not a part of the Online Live Event experience. The only person who will be viewed on live video during the event is the live host.

Q. How do I sign up for a FraboomLIVE Online Event?

A. Go to www.fraboomLive.com and click on a Class Theme that best interests you and your child. You will then be directed to a list of available events for that theme. Once you find an event click "view calendar." The link will take you directly to a page that will allow you to select a date and time that fits your schedule best. Then, choose a date and time and click register. This will lead you through our fraboomLive Online Events registration process. If you are not already a member you will be prompted to join our Free Membership prior to registering for your Live Event. Once you have completed the Live Event registration, an approval email will be sent to you with a Live Event ticket that includes the link to join the event.

Q. Can I participate in a FraboomLIVE Online Event without registering?

A. No. If you want to participate, you must register for our Free Membership and then sign up for a FraboomLIVE Event beforehand so that we know you are coming.

Q. What kind of personal information will you ask for when I register for a FraboomLIVE Online Event?

A. Parents must provide their first and last name as well as their email address. We will also ask for your child's first name.

Q. Why do you ask for my child's first name?

A. We ask you to tell us your child's first name so that our live presenter can refer to them directly during the FraboomLIVE Online Event. This is one of the fun and unique aspects of the experience and is a big part of what makes it feel so personal.

Q. Why do you ask for my email address?

A. We need your email address in order to send you several reminders of your scheduled FraboomLIVE Online Event before it occurs. We will also contact parents by email if their child is active on the site without their consent.

Q. Will my child be able to chat with other FraboomLIVE Online Event participants?

A. No. The only chatting that can take place during a FraboomLIVE Online Event is between your child to the presenter. Parents and children can type questions into a box on the side of the screen that will be sent directly to the individual presenting event. Other participants will not be able to see what you type. The presenter will then address the questions either through the chat function or out loud.

Q. Will other FraboomLIVE Online Event participants be able to see my child?

A. No. The only person that anyone will be able to see during the FraboomLIVE Online Event is the live host.

Q. What measures do you take in order to ensure that FraboomLIVE Online Events remain safe?

A. We record the video, chat and any documents or information shared during every single FraboomLIVE Online Event for the sake of the participants' safety. If anyone exhibits any kind of inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to force him or her to leave and ban him or her from any future events. We also do not take email addresses from anyone under the age of thirteen.

In order to insure that our skilled staff is fit to be working with children, we put potential candidates through a stringent interview process and run extensive background checks. Any criminal history will immediately take them out of the running for a job.

A. FraboomLIVE.com is the sister web destination to Fraboom.com, where you will find FraboomLIVE Online Events. Parents and children can participate in 30 min interactive adventures filled with games, animation and a learning piece, all with instruction from a Live Teacher. You must become a FREE Fraboom Member to be a part of FraboomLIVE Online Events.

Q. What age group is Fraboom.com intended for?

Q. Do I have to be a member in order to access Fraboom.com?

A. No. Playing games, downloading printable activities and watching cartoons on Fraboom.com do not require membership. Membership is, however, required in order to participate in FraboomLive Online Events on FraboomLive.com.

Q. Does it cost anything to be a Fraboom member?

A. Nope! Membership is absolutely free.
